Original vintage 1980s ruffled taffeta full skirt. 

The skirt has a fitted high waistband and is gathered to the waist with a very full cut to the mid calf. Three tiers of ruffles trim the skirt making this a fabulous evening party skirt. Lined. 
Unsderskirt not included.

Style with ballet flats and a vintage t-shirt or bikini top for a vampy summer look or vintage sequins or knitwear for winter evenings.
