Shropshire is a beautiful, landlocked English county, that borders Wales. Home to a famous cheese, and with that, one of my favourites, I’m also a fan of the iconic Shrewsbury Biscuit. The natural landscape of Shropshire is rolling hills, and great hiking country on the Long Mynd, where ponies roam wild. Quintessentially pretty villages and ancient market towns pepper the countryside, with a fusion of architecture from all ages, including some amazing Tudor buildings. Hiking boots in hand … Shropshire here I come!
